Job Summary:
Supermicro's Strategic Solutions and Global Services (SSGS) is seeking a application developer to work on internal software used by the SSGS team. Developed software will be used by Service Desk personal, Technical Account Managers, and Logistics Engineers.
Our small team is looking for an individual who is self-driven, can work on multiple projects at once, willing to learn new technologies, and help maintain current projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Designing, coding and debugging software - front and backend
• Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities
• Improving the performance of existing software
• Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity
• Investigation software related complaints
• Providing suggestion for improving software function and usability
• Regularly attending team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas and put forward solutions to any issues
• Optional travel to data centers across the US to deploy servers at customer's data centers - configure, verify, and stress test assets
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SWE or related field
• 3+ Years working with a corporate application development teams focused on call center application such as CRMs and/or Logistics platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in software development methodologies
• Experience building complex web systems
• Must be able to multitask
• Strong in JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix
• Huge plus , experience working with CCaaS platforms
• Experience in API integrations, power processes throughout many high-performing businesses that keep data in sync, enhance productivity, and drive revenue
Salary Range
$109,000 - $127,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
