The Manager of Application Development will oversee the entire application development lifecycle, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 as the primary development platforms. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team of developers. The Manager will establish governance and best practices specific to Power Platform Canvas and Model-Driven application development. The Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure applications meet business needs and align with the company's strategic goals. Experience in the construction and/or multi-family property management industries is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep technical experience integrating solutions with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, Azure DevOps and has successful delivery experience
• Familiar with API Management
• Experience with application security implementations such as (not limited to) Role based access control (RBAC), SSO
• Astute and proven business acumen across multiple business operating models.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale application development projects using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate & Power Pages and Dynamics 365.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies like Agile and SCRUM.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to software development and data security.
• Experience in the construction industry and/or property management is a plus.
