Do you have the right stuff?

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a specification-driven industry, including 2+ years qualifying to specifications at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Familiarity with industry standards like Boeing, Airbus, ASTM, AMS, and more.
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• (Preferred) Experience with aerospace materials and processes (adhesives & composites).
