Sales Application Engineer - Revel Staffing

Job Description

• Collaborate with customers to select, specify, and qualify products according to customer and industry standards in industrial, commercial, research, construction, manufacturing, gas exploration, biotech, power, and chemical/petrochemical sectors.
  
• Draft, edit, and review documentation supporting design changes based on general instructions, shop or CAD drawings, fluid system schematics, P&IDs, blueprints, or diagrams.
  
• Provide technical support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and handling orders. This role involves customer site activities within the company’s territory.
  
• Engage in continuous improvement education and professional development in line with company programs. Utilize technology to enhance and streamline work processes.
  

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing.
  
• Extensive experience with SolidWorks.
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient in interpreting customer applications to develop P&ID and fluid schematics.
  
• Ability to understand and learn the features and benefits of various product families and their manufacturing processes.
  
• Capable of managing multiple priorities, working in a dynamic team environment, and using various systems and quality processes to handle complex and changing requirements.
  
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
