OverviewAs an application engineer on the People Technology team, you configure solutions utilizing third party HR Technology SaaS applications such as Workday HCM and iCIMS

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones
For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $146,700 - $195,600Zone B: $132,100 - $176,100Zone C: $121,800 - $162,400This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones
However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to:Analyze requirements, design, configure, test and deploy solutions independently using Workday HCM modules.Partner with peer application developers and engineers to build end to end solutions to large, complex problemsProvide level 3 incident support to resolve system issues, fix defectsIdentify Opportunities by researching new Workday functionality to bring value to our customers or solve their problems.Learn and support technologies used by the team beyond your core area of expertiseQualifications5+ years experience configuring HR Systems with 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM for a Workday implementation partner or in a corporate HRIS/IT role.Experience in multiple Workday modules such as Core HCM, Comp, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking and AbsenceGood understanding of Workday capabilities including integrationsAbility to drive projects independently from initiation to completionStrong collaboration skills to build good working relationships with stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Information technology or relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Workday certification (Workday Pro or with an implementation partner)Experience building integrationsExperience working on projects building custom applicationsExperience working in Agile/ Scrum framework and JIRAJob SummaryCategory: Atlassian Corporate Engineering (ACE)
