Job Summary:
The Application & Licensing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Application & Licensing Director in the preparation, submission and navigation of regulatory approvals for applications and licenses for current and new markets. In addition, the Application & Licensing Specialist will provide general executive and administrative support. Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the Client values, team culture and mission.

Job Summary:
The Application & Licensing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Application & Licensing Director in the preparation, submission and navigation of regulatory approvals for applications and licenses for current and new markets. In addition, the Application & Licensing Specialist will provide general executive and administrative support. Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the Client values, team culture and mission.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct research and prepare materials for feasibility and market studies, letters of intent, requests for proposals (RFPs), PACE provider applications, state required licensing applications, and others.
- Conduct research for federal, state, and local rules and regulations to ensure inclusion in project documents as appropriate.
- Review technical documentation for projects to meet all submission instructions and requirements and assist with the preparation of submissions.
- Manage timeline of projects to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Interface and communicate with federal and state agencies regarding status and necessary steps for approval of projects.
- Coordinate the completion of projects with other team members and departments, as necessary.
- Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative support.
- Manage calendars and schedules for multiple team members.
- Assist with special projects, as needed.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
- Follow Client policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings.
- Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
- Timely completion of all mandated trainings and education.
- Timely completion of all mandated occupational health screenings as needed.
- Exercises flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with application or grant management, or a closely related field.
- Experience with or working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, rules, and guidelines pertinent to PACE programs preferred.
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Work under time constraints to assist in meeting deadlines set internally and by government agencies.
- Customer service mindset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
