Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills
- End to end understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/Iterative methodology.
- Experience as a technical lead working closely with customer architect and other stakeholders and design solutions
- Experience in offshore-onshore model is a MUST and should have led the team.
- Ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical).
- Extensive experience working on applications ranging from open source, 3rd Party and Microsoft platforms.
- Experienced with CICD tools and pipeline usage
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with Agile SAFe tools (preferably CA Rally)
Experience Required
- Working closely with customer architect and other stakeholders and design solutions
- Interacting with business, architect and ensure requirements are bridged with offshore for development
- Develop technical specifications, architecture and design required for deployment of applications to clpud
- Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for development
- Leading team offshore and closely monitor the activities to ensure requirements are met with highest quality standards
- Deployment of code and co-ordination with deployment and DevOps team
- Test application thoroughly before handing over to QA/Business to ensure release scope is achieved
- Support QA and Business user during testing
- Lead product demo with business
- Report progress/challenges to customer Architect and Scrum Master
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Sound business and technical acumen. Inclination to understand and learn application/business functionality
- Enthusiastic advocate for change
- Demonstrates strong ability to be effective in negotiation and influential leadership
- Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
