1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Provide technical and sales support for customers, including product development, application engineering, and technical service.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for customer needs.
4. Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and potential clients.
5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
7. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for growth.
8. Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably in materials handling.
3. Proficiency in Auto Cad, Material Handling, Industrial Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Machine Design.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
7. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
8. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and other events.
10. Professional sales training or certification would be a plus.
