Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- The ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to digital applications is crucial in this role. This includes diagnosing problems, analyzing logs, and finding solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript can be beneficial in understanding and debugging application code.
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective communication is essential when interacting with users, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and address their concerns or issues.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- A good understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and related concepts is essential. This includes knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, digital wallets, and transaction processing.
- Experience with client support:
- Prior experience in a client support role can be advantageous as it demonstrates the ability to handle user inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and processes can help in managing incidents, problems, and changes related to digital applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment can be beneficial as it involves collaboration, adaptability, and quick response to changing requirements.
Required Software/Technology:
- Ticketing systems:
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow to track and manage user requests and issues.
- Monitoring tools:
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, App Dynamics, or Splunk to proactively monitor application performance and identify potential issues.
- Database management:
- Understanding of database management systems like Oracle, or PLSQL to troubleshoot database-related problems
Preferred Software/Technology:
- Version control systems:
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git to manage code repositories and track changes.
- Automation tools:
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible to automate deployment and configuration processes and Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management, especially in cloud environments.
- Cloud platforms:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud can be advantageous as many applications are hosted on these platforms.
- Linux operating system:
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems/shell scripting.
