Overview
Summary:
The Application Support Analyst manages company software systems and may provide both internal and external technical
support. This role is responsible for installing, upgrading, and maintaining programs and works with databases, operating
systems, and networking. This position involves a lot of troubleshooting and configuration tasks, but it also can involve providing
training to other technical personnel, assisting businesses with selecting appropriate systems and finding and implementing
security solutions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Design, Implementation and Support of all Business Systems. Including, but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics, OnBase, Billtrust, Integra, JWS/Apex, Digital Fleet, TMT, TowWorks, Salesforce, Catavolt, FTP Voyager, SSRS, Crystal Reports etc.
Review systems and identify areas to improve integration and streamline business processing
Design, develop, deploy and manage reports (via Crystal, SSRS, Business Objects and other tools)
Ability to logically trouble shoot system and data issues
Coordinate support with vendors as necessary
Create, maintain and rollout standards for all system installations
Work with the team to create documentation for the systems
Keep current with emerging technologies and how they can benefit our environment
Liaison with business unit and technical staff to document requirements and fulfill business needs
Follow up, on regular intervals, with the business areas to ensure we are providing the support necessary
Maintain excellent communication with users, staff and management on deadlines and status
Deliver, configure, install and integrate all solutions, to the user’s satisfaction according to the project plan
Coordinate plan with key Business Area Managers to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction
Provide project wrap up meetings with business areas to ensure satisfaction and look for opportunities to further enhance the relationship
Follow through with business areas to ensure all expectations have been metSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and review documentation for all internal customizations, procedures, and training. Maintain Organization Health using Salesforce Optimizer and Security Health Check Maintain user accounts using roles for organization structure, and permission sets and profiles for security. Work with End Users to define problem points and create and document customizations based on needs. Maintain incoming tickets, and visibility of Salesforce Work via Microsoft Planner and Autotask. Communicate with end users about changes made to the OrgGlobal Responsibilities:

Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:
Salesforce Associate Certification requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Having strong knowledge of Technical applications and a good understanding of operating systems, computers, and application software
Previous experience with implementing new software and administrating systems is preferred.
Minimum of 1-year application support experience Skills/Abilities:
Good negotiation skills
Strong communication skills are a must, both written and verbalWorking Conditions:
Operates within a professional office environment
Routine usage of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets
Travel required when on-site implementation is necessaryPhysical Requirements:
