Job description:
- The ability to identify and resolve technical issues related This includes diagnosing problems, analyzing logs, and finding solutions.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript can be beneficial in understanding and debugging application code.
- Effective communication is essential when interacting with users, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and address their concerns or issues.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow to track and manage user requests and issues.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, App Dynamics, or Splunk to proactively monitor application performance and identify potential issues.
- Understanding of database management systems like Oracle, or PLSQL to troubleshoot database-related problems.
- Java background some exposure working on cloud is a big plus
- Java must but not coding only support related work, cloud exp. is preferred (any public cloud)
- DevOps Related work scripting and deployment related activities
- client inquiry related work systems generated and troubleshooting
- scripting is an advantage (any scripting Python, shell, bash, terraform other scripting)
- Any application monitoring tools (Dynatrace or AppDynamics or Splunk or Grafana or Prometheus)
- May have to work some weekends remotely
- Servicenow ticketing system-will get 10-12 a day
- Oracle, SQL database exp. is preferred
