About the Job
As an Applications Engineer, you will be a technical resource to our customers, Account Managers and Inside Sales Associates. You will be responsible for product configuration and recommendations on applications where our customers expect our expertise to bring added value to the solutions we provide. In addition, you will have the same responsibilities as our Inside Sales Associates as needed. Our customers will learn that they can count on us because you are an expert. The great news is you will have a direct impact on the customer experience!

Requirements
- Provide outstanding customer service treating our customers as the top priority.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Project Management and Public Bid experience are pluses.
- Effective Communicator: strong phone and email presence. Good listener.
- Be Competent: Bachelor’s degree in technical major preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- 3-5 years of instrumentation, controls, or analytical experience.
- Be Professional and Dependable.
- Periodic overnight travel to attend tradeshows, sales and training meetings.
- Physical demands - able to lift as much as 50 lbs, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and ladders.
- Pass security background check, physical and drug tests.
