Scheduling Appointments: You're responsible for scheduling appointments for patients with healthcare providers, specialists, and diagnostic services. This involves coordinating with both patients and healthcare professionals to find suitable time slots. Must have Triage experience.

Managing Patient Records: You maintain accurate patient records, including contact information, medical history, insurance details, and appointment schedules. Keeping these records organized and up-to-date is essential for efficient coordination.

Confirming Appointments: You confirm appointments with patients via phone, email, or text message. This helps reduce no-shows and ensures that the schedule runs smoothly.

Handling Patient Inquiries: Patients may have questions about appointments, procedures, or paperwork. You provide information and assistance to address their inquiries promptly and professionally.

Coordinating with Healthcare Providers: You liaise with healthcare providers to coordinate appointment schedules, communicate patient needs, and ensure that any necessary resources or equipment are available.

Managing Waitlists: If appointment slots are full, you manage waitlists and prioritize patients based on urgency and availability.
