We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketer to join the Jeff Walden Farmers Insurance agency. In this role, you will help increase brand awareness and call on provided leads through various marketing channels. You do not need to have an insurance license for this position, it's a great way to get your foot in the insurance industry. Growing in this role with include attaining your insurance license and more!

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote Farmers Insurance products.

Conduct community outreach efforts and attend local events to build relationships.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team through targeted marketing activities.

Track and analyze campaign results to measure success and optimize future efforts.

Make outbound calls to prospects.

Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Be able to hit goals set.

Desire to grow within the insurance industry.

Must obtain PC and LH license within a specified timeline
