As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients for sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using targeted lists provided by the company.
- Engage in meaningful discussions with prospects to understand their business software challenges and needs.
- Inform prospects about the features and benefits of solutions.
- Qualify leads based and arrange appointments for sales executives.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes a plus.
