Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
* Helping with rough to finish carpentry projects in residential and commercial jobsites
* Prep construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards
* Load/unload construction materials
* Performing demolition; site clean-up
* Assemble/take apart temporary structures such as scaffolding
* Remove, fill, or compact earth
* Follow instructions from supervisors; assist workers; learn from on-the-job training
Qualifications:
* Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
* Ability to work in all types of weather
* Must be punctual and reliable.
* 9 months minimum construction industry experience
* Access to reliable transportation
* Must have basic tools of the trade
