The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Primary (Must have skills)*Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success.
Strategic Planning: Setting program objectives, defining project scopes, and aligning them with organizational goals.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and executives.

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks.
