AR Clerk - Creative Financial Staffing

Our rapidly growing client, a management company with over 20 locations in the tri-state area, is seeking an entry-level AR Clerk to join their Finance and Operation Management Team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to transition into the accounting field.

Role: Entry-Level AR Clerk
Location: Bedford Hills, NY
Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming mail and bank deposits
• Apply payments to accounts receivable
• Handle cash activity and applications
• Maintain accurate records
• Meet deadlines while multitasking

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or equivalent experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field (Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to learn new accounting and banking systems quickly
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
