Nesco Resource is seeking an Accounts Receivable Recovery Representative to assist our client on a 12-month assignment!
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Schedule: 11am-8pm (Training would be 8-5 for first month)

Specific Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a basic knowledge of products and services including, but not limited to, Payroll, Human Resource Services, and/or Acquired portfolios.
- Manages current, past due, and returned receivable inquiries through inbound and outbound phone and email communication from clients and external partners.
- Mitigates risk and exposure by balancing service and collection effectiveness.
- Addresses disputes through available resources, using corresponding systems to resolve and collect revenue.
- Reviews daily payroll holds for timely client contact when past due balances are present.
Requirements:
- High School diploma and a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll required
Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience. - Strong organization and decision-making skills are required.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge is preferred.
