About the Job
- Processing payments: Recording, inputting, and verifying customer payments
- Creating invoices: Preparing and sending invoices to customers based on company practices
- Following up with customers: Contacting customers with past-due accounts and requesting payment
- Maintaining customer files: Updating customer files with changes in name, address, or mailing information
