Vaco Staffing is searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a client in New Berlin, WI. This is a direct hire role with our client with growing their WI location.
Responsibilities
- Review and record cash receipts from customers.
- Perform weekly roll forward of AR to match various reports.
- Work in customer portals to update systems for cash application and chargebacks.
- Review and update dropship reports weekly.
- Create invoices / credits as needed.
- AR reconciliations with various customers.
- Keep AR aging current.
- Analyze and update monthly reports during month-end process.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Proficient in MS Excel
