AR Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Ledgent is partnering with a fun and reputable family-owned company in the Tualatin area looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their dynamic team! This is a direct-hire, fully on-site position that will pay up to $26/hour depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Process and monitor incoming payments, noting any discrepancies

-Promptly respond to inquiries from customers, providing copies of invoices, credits or statements at their request

-Create and send collections communications for past-due invoice accounts

-Assign correct GL codes for invoices, credit memos and account balance adjustments

-Prepare and submit payment applications as directed

-Generate billings for contracts, jobs and service orders as needed

-Cross train on accounts payable functions as time allows

Skills/Abilities:

-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with moving parts

-2+ years of AR experience

-A team player with a can-do attitude

-Prior experience doing AR in a construction environment
