Arbitration Training Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• phone calls to facilities to check in on arbitration challenges and offer support (record findings on monthly data spreadsheet)
• In person training (travel mostly to northern region) for regional and personal one on one trainings as needed
• Work with team to divide in person training
• Offer support and training on docusign/pcc

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Training, Legal Studies, Administration).
• Experience:
• Experience in an administrative, coordination, or training support role.
• Familiarity with arbitration, mediation, or legal processes is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
