We are looking for an experienced Arcade/Projection Technician to play an integral part in providing the amazing guest experience that FatCats is known for. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our arcade and cinema projectors. To be successful in this position, you must have a basic knowledge of computers and be able to work independently, yet value a highly collaborative, guest-focused and engaged team. This position reports to the Attractions Manager.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of basic IT principles is a must.
- Previous arcade technician experience preferred.
- Nurture positive working relationships with team members.
- Participate in company's leadership programs and weekly calls.
- Ensure all arcade games and projectors are regularly being serviced, maintained, and cleaned.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games and projectors, compile necessary part orders for Attractions Manager, and complete mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software repairs.
- Provide IT support for POS software, VOIP phones, and merchant processing hardware.
- Maintain all hardware elements of theater projectors, audio, and video systems of the center.
- Oversee the entire cinema process including ingesting content, building playlists, and accurately scheduling automated playback.
- Reports to the Attractions Manager and has weekly one-on-ones to discuss sales, budgets, operations, and Team Member performance/growth plans.
