Overview:

Responsibilities:- Reports to Director of Architecture
- Work as part of collaborative integrated A/E teams.
- Develop architectural design documentation from Basis of Design through Construction Docs.
- Assess the requirements of a project, break a project into tasks, and work with a Project Manager to identify work scope, project budget, and resource requirements.
- Experience with advanced technology industry projects preferred such as education, K-12, higher education, SCA & public work
- Work with Revit BIM models and related design documentation.

- 3-8 years of experience
- Bachelor’s in architecture degree.
- Registered Architect (RA) licensure required.
- Proficiency using 3D Revit BIM, and/or other CAD software.
- MS Office Suite applications (e.g., WORD, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project schedule application.
- Candidates should have strong written and oral communications skills, and ability to work well in collaborative team environment.
- Successful candidate must have knowledgeable in education, K-12, higher education, SCA & public work.
- Knowledge of building systems, technology, and detailing.
- Full-time or part time available.
