Architect - Selectek, Inc.

Our client is conducting a nationwide search for an Architect who is registered in SC. A background in retail, commercial and/or mix-use will be considered.  Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience.

Required:

• BS Architect, MS Architect
• Licensed in South Carolina
• NCARB Registered Architect
• 10 - 15 years of experience designing retail, commercial and mixed use projects
• Partner opportunity
• Must have leadership experience to manage a team of designer
• Experience with Project management and Client interactions
• Proficient Revit, Autocad, Adobe, Photoshop
• Knowledge of construction production detailing
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Salary Range-100k-120k+, depending on experience
