Architect : PACS migration - Ampcus Incorporated

12+ yrs Experience in software architecture design, with a focus on PACS migration.

Proficiency in architectural design principles, patterns, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in designing scalable and distributed systems.

Expert in DICOM standards and DIMSE

Strong understanding of medical imaging principles, and healthcare interoperability standards, vendor neutral archive (VNA)

Experience with technologies and frameworks commonly used in PACS software development.

Must be from the development background i.e. worked as programmer, tech lead, architect

Good to have experience with cloud deployments and performance & scaling needs.

Should have hands on experience with Java full stack

Should have working experience of at least 1 hyperscaler. Preferably AWS.

Experience in working with images from multiple modalities [PET scan, Mammography, MRI, Xray]

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that meet user needs.

Previous experience as a software architect or technical lead on PACS projects is highly desirable.
