Job Description:
- Defines and understands the business needs of the client, recommending solutions when appropriate, providing potential options and foreseeing project demand within the next 3-6 months.
- Participates as a technical team member in design, programming, testing of system projects and enhancements across MA360 & MDM solutions.
- Responsible for quarterly client demand meetings to ascertain future need for group's services, quarterly reviews with leadership team to showcase deliverables built and use cases that they apply to from business needs perspective.
- Research & evaluate alternative solutions and makes recommendations for improved system outcomes, control or enhanced business function.
- For new projects, responsible for defining project objectives and scope, aligning requirements to the business objectives, providing estimates to the business, gaining business approval, assembling core and extended team members, and initiating projects with the Shared Services development teams.
- Business Relationship Management - Builds and maintains strong relationships with direct and indirect clients including customer satisfaction, cultivating growth, as well as day-to-day communication as necessary. Serves as the primary escalation point for Market Access Supply Chain and Commercial Finance stakeholders.
- Responsible for financials related to Market Access team including Capital planning, Cost estimating and Budgeting, Managing Demand, invoice review, submission of chargebacks and provide financial updates to leadership teams.
- Responsible for review and approval of data specifications, solution architecture, process flows and data sharing with Client's internal Privacy, Compliance & OEC teams.
Drives coordination from client side with respect to getting timely reviews and
approvals from external partners. - Build competency in Market Access and Patient Services data sets e.g, EDI Sales & Chargeback Data, Copay and Rebates Data, Medical and Prescription claim data, Care model data, Value Trak etc.
- Learn how data is structured, how it is sourced, processed, and orchestrated for end user consumption. Become familiar with data solutions, Big data architecture & concepts, use of big data tools (Hive, Impala, Python etc.) to read/write data programs and answer critical business questions.
- Formulates business requirements; devises, tests and implements efficient costeffective data management and analytics.
- Independently conceives and develops general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic technical principles.
- Working closely with technical architects develops technology strategies that meet the requirements of the business. Helps identify the business benefits of alternative strategies.
- Manages relationships between clients involved, brokers services within BTS community on behalf of customers, coordinates system solutions.
- Understand the Brand and it's analytics needs as they relate to market access.
- Works with a variety of partners to understand business requirements, provides input to the build and maintenance of the MA360 backlog.
- Works with business teams to understand and document business use cases.
- Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful completion within the project timeline.
- Communicates project status to BTS management.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure strong cross-group collaboration.
- Devise data verification methods & standard system procedures, participates in systems testing, prepares program test data, tests and debugs programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or Master's degree in Information Systems or related field is required.
- Experience in the systems development, implementation, and operations of a largescale, enterprise systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members.
- Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented.
- Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills.
- Must have a strong customer focus.
