Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural CAD Designer position include:

• Expertise in residential (single and multifamily) and commercial building design/drafting.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, fire codes, accessibility codes, and building occupancy densities and their effect on design.
• Extensive experience using AutoCAD Architecture and Revit.
• Gathering and collecting design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
• Preparing and submitting architectural designs to architects and clients for review and approval.
• Supporting and guiding designers in preparing drawings.
• Modifying and updating designs based on review comments from architects, plan reviewers, and builders.
• Ensuring compliance with best practices, company standards, and building codes.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
