Selectek is searching for an Architectural Designer for a growing design firm focused exclusively on residential new construction and renovations. They are looking for a CAD Tech/Draftsperson to join their creative team in the Atlanta Area.

Pay range: $26/hour - $34/hour ($54,000 - $71,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment 6 month to direct
Hours & Shift: 8AM 5PM, Monday to Friday
Work from home: Hybrid - they want the person in the office most of the time
Working remote: Yes

Required:
- Experience detailing construction documents for new or renovation house plans
- Thorough knowledge of residential construction techniques, details, and structural layout
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience with MS Office, Revit similar software
- Must be able to keep track of details and changes for multiple projects
- Comfortable working to project timelines while producing accurate and complete documents
- Ability to pivot and adjust to changes
Preferred:
- 3 -5 years of Revit experience
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction/BIM 360 Plus
- Experience with Multi-Family or Mixed-Use Commercial
