We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple market sectors including K-12, higher education, healthcare, corporate workplace, historic preservation, hospitality, and adaptive reuse. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and to collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

- Develop architectural renderings for projects in various stages of design, with 75% of the role focused on rendering related tasks.
- Coordinate with the project team, including engineers and consultants, to develop construction documents that accurately implement the design intent.
- Attend meetings with the project team, consultants, and clients to discuss and develop the design.
- Review work with department manager or project architect to ensure the application of sound architectural practices and professional judgment.
- Perform a variety of architectural assignments on small projects and/or specific portions of larger projects.
- Maintain a team-focused attitude and be willing to assist other Studios as necessary.
- Apply standard design techniques and procedures, exercising judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications to design concepts.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum three (3) years of related designer experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate conceptual design ideas in 3D form.
- Excellent graphic, post-production, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Enscape, Lumion, Twin Motion, 3DSMax, Blender, and VRay.
- Associate degree in architectural field preferred.
- $25/hr. - $30/hr.
- 6 Month Temp to Perm
- Monday- Friday
- 8 AM- 5 PM
