What it takes to qualify:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
• Professional Architect (RA) license is required
• 5-7 Years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
• Previous experience leading architectural teams is highly desirable.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills
