Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer position include:

• Professional degree in Architecture required
• 3-5 years of experience in both commercial and residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with exposure to Revit preferred.
• Strong understanding of accessibility codes, ComCheck, and ResCheck.
• Ability to manage projects from design schematics through Construction Administration.
• Familiarity with both custom homes and multi-family commercial buildings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a "figure-it-out" mindset.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
