As part of our team, you will play a critical role in creating beautiful, functional homes that meet our clients' visions while navigating local zoning regulations and design challenges.

- Work on a wide range of projects, from whole-house remodels to custom media rooms and more
- Design home additions, and renovations tailored to client needs.
- Prepare detailed, modelled Construction Documents using Revit.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, permitting officials, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy and success.
- Draft reports, proposals, and contracts; adapt plans as necessary during the construction process.
- Meet with clients to understand their goals and requirements for each project
A minimum of Ten years of experience in Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Revit and experienced in creating comprehensive architectural designs and construction documents.
- Familiarity with surveys/plats and zoning regulations and how they impact project designs.
- Familiar with structural engineering principles and how they impact designs.
- A keen eye for detail and a talent for both the creative and technical aspects of architecture
- Ability to collaborate closely with clients and construction teams to deliver exceptional results
