Architectural Drafter - Selectek, Inc.

Job Description: As a Revit Drafter, you'll create detailed drawings for diverse projects, collaborating with architects and designers. Projects include higher education and civic buildings, such as student housing, science facilities, and courthouses.

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed Revit drawings for various projects, including but not limited to higher education facilities, civic buildings, healthcare centers, and public safety buildings.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design intent and client objectives are met.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in Revit software and stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address project requirements and revisions.
• Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions that enhance client value and align with their brand identity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in Revit software is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations is preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience with higher education and civic projects, including student housing, science and technology buildings, administration buildings, libraries, courthouses, detention facilities, and public safety buildings, is highly desirable.

Shift and Hours:

• Monday- Friday
• 8 AM- 5 PM

Hourly Range:

• $20/hr. - $23/hr.
