With a hands-on and passionate Owner, a relaxed work environment, and a collaborative team that values both productivity and work-life balance, this is an exciting opportunity to take your drafting career to the next level.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Drafter position include:
5+ years of experience in drafting with Revit software.
Proficient knowledge of Florida building codes and residential construction.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Produce complete construction document sets using Revit software for custom home designs.
Collaborate with the architecture team daily to execute design concepts and technical details.
Visit local project sites to review construction progress and gather firsthand information.
Solve unique design challenges by applying creative problem-solving skills and architectural knowledge.
Salary: $50,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% paid medical coverage for employees, optional dental and vision coverage, 401K with a 4% safe harbor contribution annually, and paid time off (PTO).
