The Architectural Job Captain will be tasked with overseeing day-to-day architectural design deliverables, construction documentation, administration tasks, and other routine maintenance duties to keep projects moving along on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Architectural Job Captain will be responsible for the coordination of project deliverables during all phases of the project.
• Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of various architectural projects.
• Oversee the efforts of a production team to produce high-quality construction documents within the allotted time and budget.  
• Act as a point of contact for clients and outside consultants.
• Design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Provide strong leadership through the management of relationships at all levels, internally and externally, with ownership, clients, production staff, consultants, and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.S or M.S. Degree in architecture.
• Architecture License preferred - but not required.
• 3 years of working experience with schematic design through construction administration phases.
• Experience coordinating outside consulting engineers, specification research, obtaining agency approvals, and working with contractors is a big plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Possesses a strong foundational knowledge of construction documentation, consultant coordination, and overall project leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential!
