Legacy Woodworking & Design, LLC is looking for a skilled Architectural Millwork Fabricator to join our talented team of craftsmen. As a Millwork Fabricator, you will be responsible for building custom millwork, cabinets, and furniture pieces from start to finish. Utilizing plans, designs, and CNC-cut parts, you will fabricate high-end, quality wood products for residential and commercial projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, craftsmanship, and a passion for woodworking.

• Fabricate custom millwork, cabinetry, and furniture according to detailed plans and designs.
• Operate various woodworking tools and machines, including CNC routers, table saws, and sanders.
• Assemble and finish products, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and 3D models (AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or Cabinet Vision) to guide fabrication.
• Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless handoff of fabricated pieces.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in millwork or cabinetry fabrication (required).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and 3D models.
• Strong woodworking and carpentry skills, including knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with CNC machines and understanding of woodworking machinery.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and precision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid's DL (required)
