About the Job
Selectek has an opening for an Architectural Project Manager in Atlanta, GA. As a member of the Firms Project Management team, the ideal candidate must be a licensed architect and possess excellent design, presentation, and organizational skills. Project Managers are required to collaborate with the design team, owners, project stakeholders, and construction team. You will participate in the design, production, and construction phases of projects from inception through completion and be responsible for the projects successful execution.
Required:
Pay range: $36/hour - $58/hour ($75,000 - $120,000)
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM 5PM, flexible 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Overtime: Possibly, project based
Work from home: expected to be in office at least 3 days per week; this may change to 5 quickly HOWEVER they prefer everyone to be in the office all 5 days
Work remote: same as above
Travel: some, project based, not heavily
Work Attire: Business Casual

Required:
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect (highly preferred) or in process of obtaining registration LEED accredited (preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience with large scale mixed use, hospitality, multifamily residential, office and other commercial projects.
- 4+ years of Project Manager experience.
- Experience in all aspects of architectural design, the production process, and construction administration including quality control in each.
- Proficient with design, presentation, and production software in a variety of applications such as Revit, Rhino, In-Design, Photoshop, Bluebeam, BIM 360, etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; graphicly, verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with others.
- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail and coordination.
- Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment, setting an example for others.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with the project teams, Ownership, stakeholder groups, local authorities, etc.
- Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination and communication.
- Work with client and other stakeholders to identify objectives and formulate options.
- Establishes key work priorities for design, production, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Manages, reviews, and contributes to the design of the project, the production of construction documents and the construction of the project.
- Coordinates and reviews project documentation and specifications.
- Able to resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical technical solutions.
- Interfaces with consultants, Ownership, and the General Contractor to assure quality control of the documents and in the field.
- Ensures designs meet codes, standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Provides leadership, motivation and development of the project team members and other design consultants.
- Provides superior service, quality work and timely production within established deadlines.
- Contributes to marketing campaigns and assists in the development of marketing proposals, RFQs, RFPs and participating in interview teams.
- Other duties may be assigned.
