Architectural Project Manager - ITS

Architectural Project Manager – Cleveland, OH #24-00039

Salary Range: $90K - $125K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for their Cleveland office. The Architectural Project Manager Initiates and manages projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in the state of Ohio
• TEN (10) years minimum industry experience.
• Experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required.
• Healthcare Design experience is a plus.
• Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills.
• Experience/knowledge with Revit.
• Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. MS Project)

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
