We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple architectural projects, focusing primarily on K-12 and higher education projects in addition to others. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in architectural design and project management, who thrives in a creative, collaborative, and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
The Permanent Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
1. Managing all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
3. Using Revit and other design software to develop detailed and accurate architectural designs and plans.
4. Overseeing project teams and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project progression.
5. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and senior management.
6. Ensuring all architectural projects comply with safety regulations and building codes.
7. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
8. Continuously keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in architectural design and project management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Architectural Project Manager role will have the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. A valid Architectural license (preferred but not required)
3. 12+ years' experience of architectural experience, ideally with a focus on K-12 and higher education projects.
4. Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
7. A passion for architectural design and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
