Architectural Project Manager - Selectek, Inc.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and completion of all aspects of architectural projects, from pre-design to project completion. This role requires a professional with a strong background in architecture, project management, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Architecture, Building Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience at a design/build or architectural firm.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in creating project estimates, scheduling, and construction administration.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and Revit highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a team effort to complete projects promptly and successfully.
• Oversee the development of architectural design and the production of construction documents, including specifications.
• Coordinate the needs of the client, support staff, and outside consultants such as structural, civil, and mechanical engineers, as well as interior designers and landscape architects.
• Conduct minor modifications to complete working drawing sets.
• Review accuracy of calculations, estimates, plans, and completed reports.
• Attend field reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings.
• Complete incidental work or other office functions necessary for project completion.

Shift and Hours:

• Monday - Friday
• 8 AM - 5 PM

Hourly Pay:

• $33/hr. - $43/hr.
• $70,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary

Type of Job:

• 6 Months Temp to Perm

Travel:

• Some, local, to client sites.
