Klein & Hoffman is seeking an architect / engineering associate with experience operating performance modeling software, specifically THERM and WU...

Proficient performance modeling skills, including THERM and WUFI, minimum 5 years’ experience.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Licensed Architect, Professional Engineer, or relevant industry credentials; demonstrated progress towards licensure.

Strong technical communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient computer skills, including AutoCAD (Revit is preferred but not required), Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

A team player mentality with an eagerness to take on new and challenging roles and responsibilities.

 

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry material and equipment up to 50 lbs.

Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Ability to perform work in the temperature extremes associated with work outside.

Able to ride suspended scaffolding and work from heights desired.
