The company's Enterprise Architecture Office is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to provide leadership and oversight associated with the Platforms and Data Solutions architecture in relation to the engineering and operations!

**This position has a hybrid work schedule where you would work in the McLean, VA; Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX office 2 days a week and have flexibility to work remotely 3 days a week.

Our Impact:

• Collaborate with other Enterprise Architect leads to assure that the company's Platforms are aligned with EA vision, roadmap, principles, and guidelines and can enable software engineering teams and solution architects to deliver on business outcomes
• Platforms within the company include, but not limited to:
• Application Platforms: WebLogic, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Tomcat, JBoss, Mobile (Android & iOS)
• Infrastructure (IaaS) / Platforms (PaaS): AWS, GCP, VMware, VMC, GCVE, EKS, ECS, GKE, OCP, K8's, Docker, etc
• Information Security: Tivoli Access Manager, Ping
• ALM & Pipeline: Atlassian, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Selenium, ELK
• Data: RDBMS, NoSQL, HDFS
• Data Engineering: Spark, Data Pipelines, Feature Caching
• Familiarity with AI/Client platforms (ex. TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, Kubeflow, etc.)

Your Impact

• Define and implement Reference architecture patterns which will be used by development teams
• Be a leader through transformation into Agile Architecture and align with the Modern Delivery methodology within the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Platform Architecture for a financial services organization
• 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture is preferred
• Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable
• Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry
• Tech Certifications desirable (AWS, GCP, Azure, CNCF, etc)
• Hands-on and architectural experience with these is required in this role, as well as proven record of leading architects through organizational transformations
• Familiarity with AI/Client platforms desirable
