Responsibilities:
Management expectation for technical service, account managers and business development reps within the territory.
Capability to interpret chemical analysis and translate into actionable items for contractual requirements.
Proficiency in accelerating sales programs and business opportunities.
Clearly demonstrate a safety mindset in actions, performance, discussions, and reports.
Site surveys to assist sales teams in technical review and proposal preparation.
Coordinating with Service Technicians/Account Managers to pursue prospects and increase wallet share within current clients.
Proficiency in performing and understanding all analytical tests and calibration routines, service website account management, Legionella requirements, best practice for ASME, ABMA, AWWA and AWT for water treatment programs.
Determining onsite support, equipment, parts and training for customer team support for contract requirements.
Troubleshooting hardware and software problems for customers on-site at customer locations.
Set control ranges and targets for water treatment programs, to include setting KPI’s
Coordinating with technical service reps/Account Managers to optimize applications or resolve service calls issues in a timely manner.
Keeping up to date with all Technical and Operational skills pertaining to this position, including all applicable safety procedures while meeting end customer requirements and expectations.
Determine project constraints including estimated time and costs.
Connect with customers to analyze user experience and gain constructive feedback.
Customize specialized applications according to client needs.
Collaborate with engineering and programming departments.
Present new project proposals to the sales department based on customer analysis.
Contribute to sales presentations showcasing all technical features and processes.
Perform and track annual customer business reviews for accounts >20K.
Look for additional opportunities within territory base to grow sales and profit.
Consistently provide added value to all customers and co-workers.

Competency in CAD and/or similar basic drawing program for piping/hydronics flows is preferred
Mechanically inclined with basic electronics and plumbing skills preferred
Education and Work Experience:
College or Technical/ Trade School Degree in Engineering, Technical Field
-or-
3+ years of experience in water treatment or plumbing.
Work Environment:
This position is largely self-directed and requires understanding of company policy, procedures, and values. Team members will be required to adhere to all safety requirements in all work environments. While performing the duties of this position, the team member will be exposed to moving, mechanical parts, dusty conditions, high noise levels, internal and external temperature / weather conditions, and exposed to chemicals.
