Job Summary:
As the Area Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission, overseeing the performance and growth of multiple retail dispensary locations. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Store Managers to uphold our brand values, optimize sales performance and create exceptional customer service experience. Under the general guidance of the Director of Operations and the Regional Manager, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to a thriving industry while driving business success.
About you:
- You care about creating a great customer experience and can ensure that stores meet brand standards.
- You can directly influence talent development and business results through CBD Kratom's performance management strategy and related tools, such as development planners and performance worksheets.
- You know how to drive success in yourself and others and develop associates' potential by utilizing training tools and coaching to improve their performance.
- You're as passionate about our company and culture as we are and can embody our company culture in demeanor, values, and ethics.
- You strive to improve through business analysis, performance evaluations, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- You foster a motivating and positive work environment that emphasizes feedback and innovation.
- You communicate positively and professionally; you can motivate and direct the behavior of store management and associates.
- You have excellent attention to detail and can be counted on to maintain a store schedule, approve time off, take daily calls, and find coverage.
- You are a strategic planner who can drive Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maximize sales, and plan growth regarding people development and staffing needs.
- You love our products.
- You're able to drive a vehicle to conduct store visits.
- You're available to work when our customers and team need you (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- You've previously led teams in a retail setting; you have at least 5 years of experience managing 2 or more stores with proven results or a college degree in a closely related field.
