Are you ready to embark on a whimsical journey where leadership meets magic? At Dent Wizard, we’re not just looking for an Area Operations Manager; we’re seeking a wizard to lead our team to new heights!
Your Magical Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Create Enchantment: Foster a positive and productive environment that aligns with Dent Wizard’s core values.
- Lead the Wizards: Coach and develop your team to drive productivity and retention – complete ride-alongs on your magical broomstick as necessary.
- Operational Sorcery: Address day-to-day operational issues and ensure customer sites sparkle with EHS and cleanliness.
- Deliver Magical Results: Achieve Dealer/Rental performance goals in Revenue, EBITDA, LSR, Employee Engagement, and Retention.
- Five-Star Service: Develop schedules, assign and monitor work, implement productivity and quality standards, resolve operational problems, and introduce new spells (procedures).
- Partner with Fellow Wizards: Collaborate with enabling functions to drive operational efficiencies and implement standard operating procedures without sacrificing our five-star service expectations.
- Streamline Spells: Identify opportunities to simplify processes and optimize day-to-day operations.
- Feedback Potions: Provide timely feedback to your manager regarding competitive pressures, customer feedback, and staff engagement.
- Town Hall Magic: Participate in field town hall communications.
- Customer Enchantment: Ensure service fulfillment meets customer expectations.
- Build Magical Relationships: Develop strong customer relationships, deliver five-star customer service, and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Team Sell Magic: Partner with Sales to ensure a Team Sell approach and expand services.
- Talent Wizardry: Drive talent selection and hiring for area roles needed.
- Onboarding Magic: Onboard new employees, setting them up for success by educating them on role, expectations, processes, and policies.
- Coaching Culture: Drive a culture of coaching through on-the-job engagement and formalized training to support technician development, engagement, and retention.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience required.
- 3 years proven operations experience in a similar type of environment.
- Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred.
Physical Job Requirements:
- Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
- Travel as necessary (up to 20%).

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
