Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 8+ years of field sales and management experience, retail petroleum industry preferred.
- Ability to travel regionally, with overnight stays, in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia 50-75% of the time.
- Must complete all travel and expense reports.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a book of business; maintain a pipeline in Salesforce.
- Manage annual budget and growth capital requirements for the region.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop revenue projections, and oversee new customer onboarding.
- Develop a strategic plan for geographic growth to meet objectives.
- Manage all sales channels within the region.
- Oversee the economic model approval process and prepare project packages for management review.
- Achieve organic growth through the development of a new business pipeline.
- Manage administrative functions related to the relationship between the client and its customers.
- Conduct sales meetings with customers and manage sales, revenue, and expense budgets.
- Communicate competitive information, pricing, and market changes to senior management.
- Ensure superior customer service and maintain timely communication.
- Interface positively with support departments (Supply, Trading, Pricing, Legal, etc.).
