Ideal candidates will be located in Boonton, Cedar Knolls, West Orange, Lake Hopatcong, Montvale, Paramus, or surrounding cities. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
- Appropriately manages assigned territory to achieve service goals.
- Maintains inventory and related documentation for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) consignment locations.
- Performs routine evaluation of customer clinic needs and works with Sales and Inventory Teams to improve DME consignment program performance.
- Maintains operational targets/metrics, collaborating with Sales and Operations to overcome challenges.
- Effectively communicates with customers, responding appropriately to business scenarios and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- A strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with inventory and/or customer service.
- General working knowledge of customer service-related practices required.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
- Must satisfy third-party credentialing requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
- Assumes on-call responsibilities during non-business hours, in accordance with company policies.
- This position may require in-home equipment delivery/set up and candidates should be aware of and comfortable with this potential requirement.Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory management software and/or order processing systems preferred.Work Environment - Physical Demands:
- Field based (i.e., physician's offices, hospitals, clinics, patient homes, etc.).
- This job involves potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
- Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
