Shift: Must be flexible to work any shift, any assignment, and any location as needed.

- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols, both on foot and by vehicle: Interior/Exterior.
- You can reflect high Ideals, by representing Garda World, as you work and communicate with members of our client, that reflect positively upon Garda World.
- You are adaptable to working in any capacity needed in this HOA, from Park Patrol to Crossing Guard.
- You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- You are comfortable with Body Camera Usage on your person.
- You have CPR certifications.
- You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
- You have at least 1 year experience as a Security Officer, or Military/Law Enforcement.
- You have 2 years' experience as an armed Security Officer, or Military/Law Enforcement!
- You have an Armed PILB in hand and are current on all qualifications.
- You have an approved weapon/ammo/holster.
- You are CPR/AED Certified or can obtain within the first few weeks of assignment.
- You have a DL and excellent driving record.
- You are at least 21 years of age or older.
- You are able to pass a Psych Eval prior to having any interview.
- You are flexible to work any shift, and any location as needed.
- You must have strong work ethic, and high integrity.
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
